At Merit Hair,we make high quality braided wigs and also a guarantee of total customer's satisfaction for all our products. We make it a priority to ensure customer's satisfaction.
In some rare cases in which a wrong order is sent due to human error,there is option for return or exchange provided the following terms and conditions are met :
• All orders must be returned in the original state and package without cutting the lace .
• All returns/exchanges must be made within 24- 48 hours of receiving the package. It is recommended to return with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items.
• Exchanges are available for products of an equal value and there is a partial refund if a lesser value is preferred.
• If item is damage by clients, we will not accept any exchange or process any refunds.
• Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
* Note that whenever there is a mistake from our end like shipping out a wrong or different package, we take total responsibility for the return shipping if otherwise, shipping cost will be paid by the customer .
Total refund can only be done ONLY if there is inaccuracy from our part,if not the initial shipping cost will be deducted before issuing a refund MERIT HAIR will not cover the cost of shipping for an exchange.
