SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide through DHL Express when there is total confirmation of order and payment. All packages can be tracked once shipped and a tracking number is generated. The tracking number will be sent via email.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination. It may take 3-5 working days in some cases or longer. Orders can only be shipped during working days and not weekends.

• Processing Time

  All the braided wigs are 100% handmade and require some amount of time to be ready. It is recommended not to wait until the last minute before placing your order to give room for unanticipated delays. If you have a specific time frame, please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

• Shipping Delays

  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by bad weather, holidays, or the carrier. Please bear in mind that any holiday that falls on a working day will not be applied when calculating shipping time. We trust our courier service for delivery, and if the shipment is delayed, we cannot refund shipping costs because it is beyond our control. In some cases, delays can be caused by your country's customs. In this case, both Merit Hair and the carrier do not control how long the package will be held by customs.

• Taxes

  Certain countries may apply taxes on shipped packages. We suggest making confirmations because Merit Hair does not cover any additional charges. We are not responsible for additional charges incurred like customs fees, import duties, or any other additional charges collected at delivery by the carrier.

• Address

  Please do not leave P.O boxes as your address because DHL will not deliver to P.O boxes. All parcels must be signed for and will not be left at the door.

• WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  Please check your shipping address very CAREFULLY when placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for any additional shipping charges. If you want to change your shipping address, please send an email to merithair@gmail.com.
